Let's get started with Day 1, and establishing your 3 Essentials for the next 90 days.

When you constrain your focus to just a few things and actually do them, you'll get way more done in less hours and you won't feel guilty when you're not working.

We're told that business is so complicated, but I'm telling you, it's not. And I have almost 2 decades of experience in 3 different industries to draw my conclusions from: Your business can be simple.

That's what I'm going to show you this week.

When you narrow your focus and choose your 3 Essentials today, consider the following areas of your business:

Marketing

Selling

Delivering

*Back End

Marketing is meeting more humans and telling them that you help people.

When it gets to telling those people who already want help that YOU can help them, it's selling.

The actual helping part is working with clients and delivering your process, also known as delivery.

I will add one more bonus category which you will not need to worry about at all until you are consistently working with clients, which is back end processes like book keeping. Do not let your brain prioritize the back end until you are making $$ consistently! That is just a mental trap to keep you "setting up shop" forever.

Now get your 3 essentials prioritized and you'll be all ready for Day 2 when we get them scheduled!
